PERSPECTIVES V: Art in Motion. From Latin America to Austria

An exhibition of contemporary Latin American art in Vienna

The exhibition PERSPECTIVES V invites you to discover different perspectives and cultural expressions from Latin America. Organized in collaboration with LichTraum by Sonia Siblik, this annual event is presented by the Confederación Latinoamericana en Austria and shows how Latin American artists

in the context of movement and change. The works address migration, identity and the individual paths of the artists – aspects that reflect the Latin American experience of “movement” in many ways.

Location: BasementArt by LichTraum, Währinger Gürtel 110, 1090 Vienna

The exhibition features works in various techniques such as painting, cardboard, illustration, screen printing and collage. There will also be live music that enriches the cultural diversity of Latin America with sound.

The Confederación Latinoamericana en Austria, which has been active in Vienna since 2002, is committed to promoting and networking Latin American art and culture in Austria. As a non-profit organization, it works closely with [your name/organization] to strengthen intercultural dialogue and exchange. PERSPECTIVES V is an important part of this commitment and offers artists and audiences a space to share perspectives and experience cultural diversity together.

 

 

The exhibition in cooperation with the Latin American Confederation Vienna is a sign of our commitment to building a network between Latin American artists. At the same time, we are creating a bridge between our adopted home and its inhabitants in order to promote cultural exchange and forge new connections.
